Carmax sold me a lemon. Carmax they sold me a lemon. Everytime i take it in its a two or three day process only to have the same thing happen over and over again. I missed countless hours of work spent countless hours of my precious time and opened my wallet far too many times to count to repair this piece of garbage they sold me nearly 2 yrs. The sad part about the whole situation is that carmax just doesnt know the heartache and heartbreak their customers go through when buying a lemon from them.

My credit union told me that they were baffled by the interest i was being charged by carmax. A bunch of liars. Every carmax car i have gotten has had the warranty and out of the 4 carmax cars i have owned i have used it on only one which saved me over 3000. Spent over 4500 already and it is still not right.

Looks like cosmetic repairs done to sell the car. Do not buy a car from this place. Specifics vary by state of course but in general apply to new cars sold by a dealership car salesperson. And i will be taking legal action what a way to run a company i will tell everyone i know not to buy a car from this place.

Carmax never indicated that i should take the car to the dealership directly. Carmax never told me that if i took my car straight to the dealership that i would have received a loan at no charge. The warranty i paid 3k for is useless and on causes me more inconvenience. Some states are beginning to modify the law so as to also cover a used car purchase but only if the vehicle is still under warranty.
